To be a vendor at the Bozrah Farmers Market, your small business must meet the following criteria:

You must be a CT based business

You must create or grow all of your products yourself or be a local nonprofit

You must have liability insurance

If you are a food vendor, you must register with the Uncas Health District

We do not accept Direct Sales vendors
Vendor FAQ
1. How do I become a vendor at the Bozrah Farmers Market?
Complete the online vendor application on our website. Applications are reviewed based on product mix, space availability, and how well your offerings align with our market goals. You will hear from us and be invoiced if your application is approved.

2. Is there a fee to participate?
Yes. Vendor fees vary depending on the type of vendor and whether you’re attending weekly or as a one-time guest. Guest vendors pay $30 a week for the 2026 Season

3. Can I attend just one market or do I need to commit to the full season?
We welcome both full-season vendors and guest vendors, depending on availability. Our full-time spaces are filled for the 2026 Season.

4. Do I need to grow or make everything I sell?
Yes. Vendors must produce, grow, or make the items they sell. Reselling is generally not permitted unless pre-approved due to Market theme.

5. Do I need insurance?
Yes. All vendors are required to carry liability insurance and list Bozrah Farmers Market as additionally insured.

6. What happens if it rains?
The market is rain or shine. Vendors should come prepared for all weather conditions. Please note, it can be very windy and hot on the field on a good day. Shade is NOT guaranteed we only have so many spaces in the shade, please come prepared for those conditions also.
